Part D Potential Exclusion Warning Reports

The 2010 Part D Potential Exclusion Warning reports are now available.  Please review and take the appropriate action necessary to address the Prescription Drug Event (PDE) records found in the report as outlined in previously distributed HPMS guidance on the PDE exclusion process.  In addition, please refer to the HPMS memo dated March 27, 2015 [Subject: Guidance for the Part D Payment Reconciliation Reopening for Calendar Year 2010] regarding the 2010 reopening.
